Coaching is a proactive approach focused on the present and who you are working to become in the future. It is about building self-awareness and character, strength discovery, mindset shifting, and goal setting. Coaching uses a process of intentional thought-provoking questions, active listening, & life and strengths assessments to formulate a personal growth plan. Therapy on the other hand can offer diagnoses and focuses on getting to and healing from the root of past pains.

Life happens and things come up. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your session. Day of cancelation or no shows are charged a full session fee as it creates a missed opportunity for my other clients to receive services during that time.
